Un helicóptero privado perdió el control y se estrelló este lunes en la localidad de Kailua, un suburbio de Honolulu (Hawái, EE.UU.). Tres personas que estaban a bordo del Robinson R44, envuelto en llamas, perdieron la vida, confirmaron las autoridades locales.

De momento se desconocen las causas del accidente. Los testigos escucharon un estallido, similar al producido por una explosión, y pudieron ver que el helicóptero se incendió cuando todavía estaba en el aire, después de lo cual experimentó una abrupta caída con el morro hacia abajo, recoge el medio local Hawaii News Now.
